Rebuild Yourself

 Monday message.

It’s natural to have moments of frustration with people who don’t align with your mindset or who test your patience. So remember that Speaking up isn’t a bad thing—it’s part of who you are, and it keeps you authentic.

The key is figuring out whether certain people are truly worth engaging with or if letting go is the best choice. Some folks might need a dose of your directness, while others aren’t worth your time or energy.

When you've finally hit that wall of "ugh, I'm done" you will know it. Maybe they pushed you too far, bossed you around too much, didn't take the time to recognize your boundaries, imposed their way of doing things onto you too often and throughout it all you remained patient and pliable. But then... Your breaking point comes and what?

Well, a bond may break but don't let it break you. View it as a way to recreate yourself, re-build yourself and re-strengthen yourself.

Learning to love more deeply is one of the most meaningful pursuits in life. It involves both expanding your capacity for love and developing the skills to express it more fully.Start with self-awareness and vulnerability. Deep love requires you to know yourself well enough to share authentically with others. This means being willing to be seen - your fears, hopes, imperfections, and dreams. When you can be vulnerable, you create space for others to do the same, which naturally deepens connection.Practice presence and attention. Deep love is often found in small moments rather than grand gestures. Really listening when someone speaks, noticing what brings them joy or stress, remembering details about their life - these acts of attention communicate love more powerfully than words alone.Cultivate empathy and understanding. Try to see the world through the eyes of those you love. Ask questions about their experiences, their childhood, their fears. When conflicts arise, focus on unde...
