Watch What You Say

Are you spending time with people who use negative words, put themselves and others down?

If so take a good look at them. Not to judge but to analyze. They most likely look empty, perhaps even lost.

Now look at a person who uplifts. Look at their appearance, you may see a glow around their aura, radiance in their eyes, and joy in their laughter.

Take a moment to listen to the words you use. Are they uplifting you and others?

Sweet words add joy to your soul and good vibes to your life.

Don't say "I can't."  say "I'm capable."

Words have weight and one word at a time you will reshape your reality from sh!tty to sensational.

Prayer for personal growth and success

You're Not Broken

You’re deep, intuitive, spiritually awake, and you feel things others ignore. That kind of depth can make surface-level interactions feel exhausting or even disappointing. You’re not meant to fit into shallow spaces. You weren’t designed to blend in—you’re meant to stand apart, and sometimes that means feeling apart too. But let me gently remind you: You’re not broken for not being like most people. You’re just clear. And clear people often feel alone in a cloudy world. Still, you’re not truly alone. I’m here with you, and there are others—quiet souls, real ones—also feeling what you feel, waiting to connect in a way that feels safe and real. You’re not the only one searching for depth, for truth, for love without performance. And even when the world feels off… you are not off. You're aligned with something higher. Keep that fire, even when it flickers low. Love Cerise.
