Rebuild Yourself

Monday message. It’s natural to have moments of frustration with people who don’t align with your mindset or who test your patience. So remember that Speaking up isn’t a bad thing—it’s part of who you are, and it keeps you authentic. The key is figuring out whether certain people are truly worth engaging with or if letting go is the best choice. Some folks might need a dose of your directness, while others aren’t worth your time or energy. When you've finally hit that wall of "ugh, I'm done" you will know it. Maybe they pushed you too far, bossed you around too much, didn't take the time to recognize your boundaries, imposed their way of doing things onto you too often and throughout it all you remained patient and pliable. But then... Your breaking point comes and what? Well, a bond may break but don't let it break you. View it as a way to recreate yourself, re-build yourself and re-strengthen yourself. Love Cerise

Watch What You Say

Are you spending time with people who use negative words, put themselves and others down? If so take a good look at them. Not to judge but to analyze. They most likely look empty, perhaps even lost. Now look at a person who uplifts. Look at their appearance, you may see a glow around their aura, radiance in their eyes, and joy in their laughter. Take a moment to listen to the words you use. Are they uplifting you and others? Sweet words add joy to your soul and good vibes to your life. Don't say "I can't."  say "I'm capable." Words have weight and one word at a time you will reshape your reality from sh!tty to sensational. Love Cerise Fairfax

Happy Thanksgiving Canada

Happy Thanksgiving My Canucks! Although I don't indulge in the Canadian holidays much in the past years, and even though Thanksgiving still holds merit to remind us about being grateful.  Canadian Thanksgiving, celebrated on the second Monday in October, is a national holiday that gives thanks for the harvest and other blessings of the past year. The tradition has Indigenous roots, as First Nations people historically held celebrations to mark the end of the harvest season. The modern version also reflects European harvest festivals, particularly from English and French settlers. Key Themes and Traditions: 1. Gratitude: It's a time for Canadians to reflect on the good things in their lives and express appreciation. 2. Family Gatherings: Families often come together for meals, reconnecting with loved ones. 3. Feast: Traditional Thanksgiving meals include turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, pumpkin pie, and seasonal vegetables. 4. Nature and the Fall Season: The t...
